Tujuwan Lounge Bali Denpasar Seats

Tujuwan Lounge Bali (International Terminal)

During check-in for my flight to Hong Kong, I unexpectedly receive an invitation to the Tujuwan lounge.

I assumed I had seen all the lounges in Bali by now, but I was completely wrong. During check-in for my flight, I receive an invitation to the Tujuwan lounge, which I was not familiar with until that moment.

In high spirits, I walk through immigration and indeed see the Tujuwan lounge appear on my left, next to the Concordia Lounge. From a distance, it looks hip and modern.

Tujuwan Lounge Bali International

The Tujuwan Lounge has recently been renovated, and a little research shows that the renovation was completed in early 2025. During my visit – November 2025 – that was less than a year ago.

That I was unaware of an extra lounge, besides Garuda and Concordia, is entirely my own fault. The Tujuwan lounge has replaced the Premier lounge, so there has been a third lounge in the international departure hall for some time.

The lounge features a bar, buffets, toilets, and showers. During my visit to the lounge, it is overcrowded, and it seems that the available 250 seats are almost all occupied. Only downstairs is there still room to sit.

You can visit the lounge daily from 07:00 in the morning until 02:00 at night.

Access Tujuwan Lounge Bali International

Access to the lounge can be obtained in several ways. I myself gain access during my flight from Denpasar to Hong Kong with China Eastern. This surprises me somewhat, as there is also a SkyTeam lounge available (Garuda) of which China Easternn is a part.

Furthermore, it can be seen that you gain access to the lounge with a business or first-class ticket with almost all flights departing from Denpasar. Think of Singapore Airlines, Emirates, Qantas, Qatar, Etihad, and also China Airlines, China Southern, and China Eastern. A complete overview can be found below.

You also gain access with status at Oneworld (Sapphire or Emerald), status at SkyTeam (Gold and Platinum), and status at Star Alliance (Gold).

Location Tujuwan Lounge Bali

You will find the lounge after security and immigration in the departure hall on the left side on the first floor. The lounge is located next to the Concordia Lounge. You take the lift or stairs up and pass the Concordia Lounge. You will find the lounge at the end of the balcony.

Food & Drink Tujuwan Lounge Bali

I did not taste the food and drink in the lounge myself. This is partly because I had already eaten during my flight, but also because the sandwiches are wrapped in cling film, which generally does not bode well.

In the warming trays, you will find various meat and fish dishes, nasi, rice, fruit, and grilled vegetables. There are also small snacks such as spring rolls and curry puffs.

At the bar, you can order soft drinks, coffee, tea, and alcoholic beverages, and there is also a cooler in the lounge where you can help yourself to a soft drink.

Working at Bali Airport

There is space to work in the lounge, but when I visit the lounge, everything is full. I have therefore not tested how the lounge’s connection is. If you use the lounge’s network, make sure you do so via a VPN to keep your data safe.

Toilet Tujuwan Lounge Bali

There are both toilets and showers in the lounge, but the shower is occupied when I visit the lounge. The toilet is otherwise neat and is actively cleaned.

Conclusion Tujuwan Lounge Bali

During my visit, the lounge is full. Overcrowded. There is virtually no seat left, and I therefore choose to return to the Garuda Lounge after a round through the lounge for some photos (duty calls, after all). It is not perfect either, but it is much quieter.
