The Concordia Lounge at Lombok Airport is not worth spending time in.
The airport of Lombok is small. Previously, that wasn’t a problem, but since the Indonesian government wants to attract more tourists to Lombok, it is – in my opinion – starting to show signs of strain.
Now, a small airport is not necessarily a bad airport, but in this case, it does come down to that. In the international departure hall, you can’t buy anything. No coffee and no snacks. Where can you do that? In the domestic section of the airport.
There you will also find the Concordia Lounge, and now you might think, why is it bad that the airport is so poor? That’s because the Concordia lounge is also extremely poor. When I’m at the airport, I often choose to pay for Starbucks instead of using the lounge, and I think that says it all.
Both domestic and international travellers can use the Concordia Lounge. You will find customs at this airport in the domestic terminal’s exit. This way, you can go directly from the domestic terminal – which has a lounge and Starbucks – to your gate for the international flight.
Concordia Lounge
The Concordia Lounge is the only lounge at Lombok Airport. The lounge has a few rows of chairs, some warming trays at the back of the lounge with food, and snacks/cakes can be found at the front of the lounge, and at the bar, you can order coffee or a bottle of milk.
Along the row of chairs, you will also find some enclosed spaces. There you can – if you want – sit with groups.

Access Concordia Lounge
You can gain access to the lounge in several ways. I always get access via Priority Pass through my American Express card, but you also get access via LoungeKey, BSI, or selected flights of Citilink or Garuda Indonesia.
- Priority Pass
I personally have Priority Pass through American Express. Through Priority Pass, you gain access to the lounge.

Location Concordia Lounge Lombok
Once you are through security, you walk straight towards the Starbucks. On the left side of the Starbucks, you will find a corridor with an escalator at the end. At the top of the escalator, turn left. You will then walk straight towards the lounge.

Food and Drink Concordia Lounge Lombok
What can I say about it? The food is abominable. Bad. Uninspired. Lukewarm, tough, not seasoned. Coffee is weak and cold. It’s a complete fiasco.

I have been in the lounge more than once, and the food is always substandard. It seems as if the trays are put out in the morning and not looked at for the rest of the day. The food is lukewarm and bland.
If I want a cup of coffee or a sandwich, I get it at Starbucks. You can’t rely on food and drink in the Concordia Lounge.

Working at Lombok Airport
Working at the airport is possible, but not ideal. There is wifi in the lounge, but it doesn’t exceed 1MB/s. Also, at the airport itself, there are few nice places to work.
If you do want to work, I would choose one of the coffee shops in the departure hall, where you have a table and can use the airport’s wifi network or mobile internet via, for example, Firsty.
If you use the public wifi network, don’t forget to secure your connection with a VPN.

Toilet Concordia Lounge
The lounge does not have showers, but it does have its own toilets. They are fine and usually clean.

Conclusion Concordia Lounge Lombok
The Concordia Lounge in Lombok is one of the poorer lounges I know. Whether that’s due to Lombok or the Concordia brand, I can’t say. However, the Concordia Lounges in Bali – both domestic and international – are also very poor.
Do you have a flight and usually look forward to your lounge visit? Then don’t come too early, it’s a waste of your time.
