The Krisflyer Lounge in Singapore is Singapore Airlines’ flagship. In this review, read all about the Business Class Lounge.
Krisflyer Lounge Terminal 3 Singapore
During our trip to Melbourne, we fly Singapore Airlines and have a stopover at Singapore Airport. During this stopover, our Business Class tickets allow us to enter the Krisflyer Business Lounge; one of Singapore Airlines’ flagship lounges.
The lounge looks modern and luxurious and although it is busy there are still plenty of seats available. Having just finished a 12-hour flight, I walk to the shower rooms – there are several – as I understand there is a queue.
This seemingly happens more often. I get a pager and as soon as it goes off I can come over and take a nice shower.

The lounge is divided into two sections. You can turn left as soon as you enter the lounge to the larger buffet or turn right to an area with a large bar and smaller snacks and appetisers.
On both sides of the lounge, several seating areas are arranged, ranging from chairs with tables, recliners, privacy chairs with a desk to work at, bars and large tables to work at.

Access Krisflyer Lounge Singapore
You can access the Krisflyer Business Class lounge in several ways. In this regard, it is worth noting that there are two Krisflyer Lounges. A Business Class and a First Class Lounge.
- Business Class ticket
If you fly Singapore Airlines or a Staralliance partner, you will have access at least if you have booked a Business Class ticket. - Status with Star Alliance
Status with Star Alliance also grants you access to the lounge if you fly with one of the Star Alliance member airlines.
Location Krisflyer Lounge Singapore
The lounge is located in Terminal 3 between the A and B gates on the left as you walk through the customs gates.
You take the escalator to the top and then can choose from the Krisflyer First and Krisflyer Business lounge.

Food & drink Krisflyer Business Lounge Singapore
The food is also well taken care of. As I’m still full from eating on board the flight, I’ll stick to photos, but the food looks good. There are several buffet dishes, pastries, salads and fruit. You can also choose fresh – do it yourself – noodles.
Prefer to scoop your own ice cream? You can do that too. Like a fresh yoghurt with granola or just a deep-fried snack.

Fancy a beer? You choose which beer you want to tap and you can also choose wine from the chilled dispenser. You will also find spirits, coffee, tea and soft drinks.

Shower & toilet
There are about 10 showers available and they all have their own toilet, sink and walk-in shower. You get a clean towel, a towel for the floor and can use the lounge’s lotion, facial mist, body soap and shampoo.
Whereas some showers in a lounge are cramped, the shower in the Krisflyer Lounge is very spacious, which is nice.

The toilets are also neat and spacious. All toilets have heated seats and open and close automatically before & after use. The general area is otherwise neat and clean. There is nothing to complain about regarding the sanitary facilities.

Work & internet Singapore Airport
The lounge offers enough space to flip open your laptop and get some more work done. There are several chairs with desk shelves, large tables and specially equipped areas to work. This can be done using both the wifi from the lounge and wifi from the airport itself, which works very well.
If you use the lounge’s public Wi-Fi network, don’t forget to secure your connection.

Conclusion Krisflyer Business Lounge Singapore
The Krisflyer Business Class lounge is a pleasant lounge and I have little to no complaints about it. If I compare the lounge to the KLM Crown Lounge, they are of a similar standard, but compared to The Pier in Hong Kong (where I was recently), the Krisflyer Lounge is a bit less and I did not expect that for a flagship lounge.
