Concordia Lounge Bali DPS International Seats

Concordia Lounge Bali (International Terminal)

The Concordia Lounges are not of a high standard and Bali is no exception.

During my layover in Bali, I have access to both the Garuda Indonesia Lounge and the Concordia Lounge. Since I have experience with the Concordia Lounge in the domestic terminal at Lombok and Bali, I expect little from my visit.

This is partly because I visited the lounge once in 2023 and was not convinced then either.

Concordia Lounge Bali International

The Concordia Lounge in the international terminal of Bali Denpasar is the only lounge you can access with Priority Pass. The other lounge – from Garuda Indonesia – is a Skyteam Lounge which requires status with Garuda or Skyteam.

The lounge is quite dark and very busy during my visit. Almost all seats are occupied, it’s full of rolling suitcases, and the bar in the middle of the lounge, where the food is served, looks messy.

Access Concordia Lounge Bali International

You can access the Concordia Lounge with Priority Pass – for example via an American Express Gold or Platinum card and via LoungeKey.

  • Priority Pass
If you have a subscription to Priority Pass, you can visit the lounge for free. You can purchase this directly, but it is much cheaper via American Express.
  • LoungeKey
If you have LoungeKey – most likely via MasterCard – you also get access to the Concordia Lounge at Denpasar.

Location Concordia Lounge Bali

The lounge is located on the first floor, just like the Garuda Indonesia Lounge. You can go up by lift or stairs. You will find it after security and the first duty-free shop, on your left.

Food & Drink Concordia Lounge Bali

During my visit, the food is very disappointing. Although I see reviews online that the food is “okay”, that is not the case during my visit.

Whether this is because the lounge is overcrowded, I cannot say for sure, but many trays are empty, there is a lot of food next to the trays, and there are carts from staff who are refilling it, but the staff themselves are nowhere to be seen.

The lounge does not serve alcoholic drinks – unlike the Garuda lounge.

Working at Bali Airport

Working in the lounge is possible, although the wifi network leaves much to be desired. At the back of the lounge is a high bar, where you can easily open your laptop. My advice is to use a mobile hotspot in that case – for example via Firsty – or to use the airport’s wifi network itself, of course with a VPN.

Toilet Concordia Lounge Bali

Toilets are available, but they are dirty. They cannot really be called clean. A shower is not available in the lounge.

Conclusion Concordia Lounge Bali

If you have no other choice, then you cannot avoid seeking out the Concordia lounge. If you have the choice between the Garuda Indonesia Lounge and the Concordia Lounge, I would always choose the Garuda Indonesia Lounge.
