You will find the Garuda Indonesia Lounge in the international terminal.
Note: the Garuda Lounge is currently being renovated. As a result, there are fewer available seats.

After my trip to Lombok, I am flying from Bali – via Jeddah – back to Amsterdam. I have visited the Garuda Indonesia Lounge and the Concordia Lounge before, but I did not write reviews at that time.
Since my previous visit was some time ago, I cannot exactly remember how good or bad the lounge is, so I am curious to see what awaits me.
Don’t you have access to the Garuda Indonesia Lounge? Then you can visit the Concordia Lounge, where you can enter with a Priority Pass

Garuda Indonesia Lounge
The Garuda Indonesia Lounge is larger than you initially think when you enter the lounge. If you walk through on the right side past the steel beam with black and yellow striped markings, you will come to the rear section of the lounge. This is furnished with several seating areas.

In the front section, you will also find a number of seating areas, a section with food and drink, and live cooking. There are also toilets and a shower available, and there is a balcony.
The lounge also has a First class section, which I unfortunately do not have access to.

Access Garuda Indonesia Lounge DPS International
You get access to the Garuda Indonesia Lounge with GarudaMiles Platinum or Skyteam Platinum status. Also, if you have a Business Class ticket with one of the affiliated Skyteam partners, you get access to the lounge.
Do you not have any of these memberships? Then you can also purchase access to the lounge.
- Skyteam
If you are flying with a Skyteam partner and have (platinum) status with Skyteam / GarudaMiles and/or a Business Class ticket with an affiliated Skyteam partner, you get access to the lounge.

Location Garuda Indonesia Lounge DPS
You will find the lounge in the international terminal. Once you have passed through the immigration gates, you walk through the first duty-free shops. As soon as the path turns to the right, you will find a staircase and lift to the left.
At the top, you can choose between the Concordia lounge and the Garuda Indonesia lounge.

Food & Drink Garuda Indonesia Lounge Bali
Food and drink in the lounge are unfortunately not special. The food is in warming trays and is very moist. Live cooking sounds nice, but it involves reheating instant noodles and mie goreng.

The prawn crackers are occasionally stale, and the mini spring rolls from a warming tray do not appeal to me. Is it very bad? No, but I expect more from a SkyTeam lounge.

Working at Bali Airport
The lounge is a good place to work. There are various chairs with tables where you can work well. The internet in the lounge is not fast, but it is stable.
At the back of the lounge, there are a number of desks with chairs where you can sit with the necessary privacy.

If you use the lounge or airport wifi network, make sure to secure your connection via a VPN. I personally use Saily, so I can work on my phone’s hotspot.
Toilet & showers Garuda Indonesia Lounge
The lounge has one shower and its own toilets. They are neat but not particularly clean. You cannot reserve the shower, but it is based on luck and who is first.
Towels and a shower kit can be collected from the lounge staff.

Conclusion Garuda Indonesia Lounge Denpasar
In my opinion, the lounge is mediocre. The lounge is dated, the toilets do not seem very hygienic, and the food is substandard for a SkyTeam lounge where Platinum members and Business Class passengers visit.
The lounge is definitely better than the Concordia Lounge, offers plenty of seating space, and has a nice balcony, but it can improve in many areas to be worthy of Skyteam.
