The View Lounge Brussels Airport [2025]

The pre-flight fun – prior to my trip to Lombok – starts at Brussels Airport. Here, I spend some time in the brand-new The View Lounge before my flight to Singapore departs.

Thanks to a favourable route via Brussels Airport, I fly Business Class to Bali for 87,000 points. Here, I spend a few days buying accessories for our brand-new villa NMBR Four. The journey begins in a relaxed way at The View.

Brussels Airport Lounge

The View opened recently, and since I am flying with Singapore Airlines (part of Star Alliance), I have free access to the lounge. The lounge is modern, bright and open. Although it’s fairly busy, it doesn’t feel that way. Seating areas are divided up to create cosy nooks and crannies, allowing you to relax in privacy.

Access The View Lounge Brussels

Star Alliance Business Class
You get access to The View when you fly Business Class on Brussels Airlines or another Star Alliance member airline (such as Singapore Airlines).
Star Alliance Gold
You can also use this lounge if you are a Star Alliance Gold member.

The lounge is located in Terminal (Pier) B opposite Gate B01.

Food & drink The View Lounge

My flight leaves at 11:00, so I am in the lounge very early. They serve breakfast and this is well done. You can get almost everything you would expect from a breakfast buffet. The sandwiches are fresh, the pancakes warm, and there is a lot of choice in toppings. Those with a sweet tooth are also catered for and I spot wraps and mini-burgers.

Besides coffee, tea and soft drinks, you can also go to the bar for alcoholic beverages. It was a little too early for me, but wine, beer, and spirits are readily available here.

Working at Brussels Airport

I worked on my laptop for a while without any issues. Since I wasn’t doing any work that needs a lot of focus, I’m staying in the lounge. Need to get a lot of work done? Then they have a real ‘The Study’, where you can work undisturbed.
